Victoria Lodge

Victoria Lodge is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 23 older people, most of whom are living with dementia. At inspection, 17 people were using the service. Residents feel safe and comfortable speaking with staff or management about any concerns. Staff receive safeguarding training and demonstrate understanding of abuse prevention and reporting procedures.

People receive their medicines safely, administered by trained and competent staff. Staff practice good infection control measures to help protect residents from COVID-19 and other health risks. The home ensures people's safety through appropriate risk management and staff training.
