Broughton House and College

Broughton House operates from a two-storey property in the rural village of Brant Broughton, providing support for people with learning disabilities. The service accommodates up to five people, with five currently using the service. Staff work in an open and transparent way, with effective quality monitoring processes in place to ensure excellent care delivery. Communication and collaboration between residents, relatives, staff and the supporting multidisciplinary team result in personalised care with positive impacts on daily lives. An effective management team oversees operations, with staff commitment to enabling people to live meaningful lives that include control, choice, and independence.
