Greenfields Close

Greenfields Close provides accommodation and personal care for people with learning disabilities and autism, including some with physical disabilities. The service operates across four residential buildings on one site, with 18 people living there at the time of inspection. Staff support residents to make choices about their daily lives and help them pursue interests and activities in the local community. People are communicated with in ways that meet their individual needs, enabling them to have control over how they live. Relatives expressed satisfaction with the care provided, confirming that people feel safe and well looked after.
