Welbourn Manor Care Centre

Welbourn Manor provides personal and nursing care for up to 31 people in one adapted building across two floors. At inspection, 16 people were using the service.

Staff followed safe infection control practices when supporting people, though some screening processes were not robust. People were protected from abuse through clear investigation processes, and staff understood their safeguarding responsibilities. The home monitored risks to people's safety and had measures in place to manage them.
