Village Farm

Village Farm provides residential care and accommodation for up to six people with learning disabilities and autism, located in Norton Disney near Lincoln. At the time of inspection, six residents were living at the service. People and their relatives spoke positively about the staff, describing them as very caring and compassionate, with staff demonstrating strong knowledge of individual residents' needs. The team reported working well together in a happy environment. The home prioritises meaningful lives for residents, emphasising control, choice and independence. Residents are protected against abuse and discrimination, with their rights upheld through safe recruitment practices and proper staff selection. People receive their prescribed medicines as directed.
