Brook View

Brook View is a residential care home providing personal care and nursing care for up to 32 people with various mental and physical health needs. The service had 29 residents at the time of inspection.

Residents had personalised risk assessments that gave staff the information needed to safely manage risks associated with their care. The environment was safe and well-maintained, with regular safety checks carried out on facilities, utilities and equipment. Staff numbers were adequate to meet residents' needs, with staff visible throughout the home and available to assist people when required. Those needing one-to-one support from staff received this as necessary.
