Broadway Nursing

Broadway Nursing provides personal and nursing care to 41 people with varying health needs, including dementia, in a single-floor adapted building with capacity for up to 48 residents. People living at the service and their relatives reported positive experiences overall.

Inspectors found that staff planning and deployment could sometimes be improved to better meet people's needs. The registered manager was addressing recommendations regarding staffing, supervision, and training. While the service environment and medication management were generally safe, some improvements were identified in these areas.
