The CQC's rating has improved from requires improvement to good, following a focused check of safety and leadership prompted by earlier concerns about people's safety.

Inspectors found medicines were now managed safely, staffing levels were sufficient and appropriately skilled, and the environment was clean and well maintained. The registered manager used effective governance systems, and staff and residents felt confident raising concerns. People described feeling safe, well cared for, and supported by an approachable, visible management team.
