Lifestyles provides personal care for up to 19 people, including those with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and sensory impairments. At inspection, 18 people were using the service. Staff support residents to achieve their goals through a wide variety of activities and opportunities, actively promoting independence by encouraging choice, control and inclusion in the local community. People are supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives in the least restrictive way possible, with policies and systems reinforcing this approach.

The home maintains high standards of cleanliness and regular maintenance. Staff appropriately use personal protective equipment to protect residents from infection risk. Staff maintain professional boundaries and keep people safe, demonstrating clear understanding of how to protect residents from harm and abuse.
