The CQC found the service was rated Good overall, with staff managing risks well, working effectively with health professionals and treating people kindly. People felt safe, were involved in decisions about their care, and relatives said communication about changes in health needs was good.

Inspectors did raise concerns about a lack of regular recreational and social activities, with staff often too task focused to socially engage residents. The provider responded positively to this feedback and shared plans to improve social engagement going forward.
