Briggs Lodge Residential and Nursing Home accommodates up to 66 people, currently caring for 52 residents over 65 years old and those living with dementia. The home is arranged over three floors with lift access, and each resident has their own en-suite bedroom. Communal facilities include lounges, dining areas, bathrooms and toilets, plus a cinema room, café, bar, and hairdressing salon.

The ground floor opens onto gardens, with some bedrooms also having direct garden access.
