Bridgemarsh Residential Home

Bridgemarsh provides residential care and accommodation for up to 24 adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex or physical health needs. At the time of inspection, 20 people were using the service.

During an outbreak, the home prioritised consistency in staffing to support residents, ensuring familiar staff members continued their care roles when possible. A temporary manager implemented a deep clean and de-clutter programme to help minimise infection spread, demonstrating a clear understanding of the importance of maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the home.
