Bridge Haven

Bridge Haven is a care home providing personal care and support to older people. The CQC carried out this assessment after a significant safeguarding concern was raised, to check what action the provider had taken to keep people safe. Inspectors found the provider had responded appropriately, worked with other professionals to understand what had happened, and made changes across its services as a result.

Overall the home was rated Good. Staff knew people well and understood their needs, though written risk guidance was not always in place. Medicines were managed safely, and relatives said they felt their loved ones were safe and well cared for.
