Littlebourne House Residential Care Home

Littlebourne House provides personal and nursing care to 64 older people, many living with dementia, across two adapted buildings. Residents told inspectors they felt safe and happy at the service. The home has assessed potential risks to people's health, welfare and safety with guidance in place to mitigate them. Accidents and incidents are recorded and analysed, with action taken to prevent recurrence.

The registered manager and staff understand their responsibilities to protect people from discrimination and abuse. The service demonstrates a commitment to maintaining safeguarding standards and ensuring residents' wellbeing throughout their care.
