Brickbridge House

Brickbridge House provides personal care for up to seven younger adults with learning disabilities and autism, accommodating six people in the main house and one in a separate building. Seven residents were living at the home during inspection. The service offers planned, person-centred support designed to enable people to live meaningful lives with control, choice, and independence.

Residents felt safe and reported enjoying living at Brickbridge House. Staff demonstrated good understanding of safety practices and knew how to reduce harm risks. Staffing levels were adequate to support people both at the home and in the community. Recruitment procedures were safe, and accidents and incidents were reviewed to identify learning opportunities and minimise future risks.
