Greenway House Residential Home

Greenway House provides personal care and accommodation for up to 11 older people, including those living with dementia, across two floors with communal areas and a dining room on the ground level. The home maintains sufficient suitably trained staff so people do not have to wait for support. Staff regularly review care plans and have considered risks to residents' wellbeing.

Medicines are managed safely and provided as needed. The home maintains clean, tidy conditions and follows infection control procedures. Systems are in place to learn from incidents when things go wrong, with established procedures to support continuous improvement and resident safety.
