Little Trefewha Care Home

Little Trefewha Care Home is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 21 older people and those living with dementia. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity with 21 residents.

People received their medicines as prescribed, with staff recording administration on paper Medicine Administration Records that were regularly audited. However, staff were not consistently recording on body maps where pain-relieving patches had been placed, which presented a potential safety concern.
