Bracken Tor House

Bracken Tor is a residential care home providing accommodation and personal care for up to seven adults with learning disabilities and/or autism. At the time of inspection, six people lived at the home and one person regularly stayed for short breaks of respite care. The service operates from a four-storey house in a residential area of Okehampton.

The home reflects principles of promoting people's choice and independence, encouraging residents to live as independently as possible.
