Bowerfield Court provides nursing and personal care for up to 40 people across two floors, with single bedrooms with ensuite facilities and shared communal areas. At inspection, 35 people were using the service. While residents described staff as kind and caring who worked hard, they expressed concerns that there were not always enough staff available to provide timely support when assistance was needed.

The home's recruitment records did not provide sufficient oversight to confirm safe hiring processes had been completed or that all staff had received necessary training.
