About Arbour Court

Arbour Court is a nursing home in Stockport providing care for people living with dementia. Details of the most recent CQC findings are set out below.

Arbour Court is a nursing home in Stockport providing personal and nursing care for people living with dementia, supporting up to 60 people in single rooms with communal lounges and secure gardens. The CQC rated the home Good overall, and families told inspectors staff were kind, attentive and knew people well.

Inspectors did raise some concerns, including inconsistent risk management, limited access to drinks and snacks between meals, and some people in bedrooms lacking a means to call for help. Night staffing levels sometimes meant people waited for support, and personal care and record keeping were not always consistent. The registered manager was responsive to feedback and was described by families as approachable.
