Marple Dale Hall - The New Windsor

People feel safe and happy with the support they receive. Their needs and risks are properly assessed, and equipment is used to help people maintain independence. Staff respect residents' choices and preferences when supporting their care. Staff complete various training and report feeling well supported in their roles. The home has a strong approach to learning from mistakes, with work completed to ensure lessons are identified and acted upon.
