Bowbridge Court

Bowbridge Court accommodates up to 54 people across three floors of a purpose-built building, with one floor specialising in care for people living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 45 people were living at the service. The home does not provide nursing care.

During the inspection, inspectors found that staff were not consistently using personal protective equipment effectively, though the registered manager took action to address this. The service was kept clean, minimising infection risks, and the provider was preventing visitors from catching and spreading infections. However, staff were not always deployed effectively to meet people's needs.
