Inspectors found people and relatives spoke positively about kind, respectful care, and the home was clean and welcoming despite ongoing refurbishment work. Infection control audits needed strengthening, with a lapse acknowledged by the registered manager, though this had no impact on people living there. The management team was described as visible, approachable and well supported by senior leaders.
