Bow Lodge

Bow Lodge provides personal care to up to 4 people with mental health support needs. At the time of inspection, 3 people were using the service. Risk assessments are in place to manage risks within people's lives, and staff demonstrate understanding of how to manage risk. Staff recruitment procedures ensure appropriate pre-employment checks are carried out, and medicines are stored and administered safely with staff receiving relevant training. The staffing support matches the level of assessed needs within the service.
