Lane House Residential Care Home

Lane House is a residential care home providing personal care to up to 33 people, primarily supporting older adults, including those with dementia, physical disabilities, or sensory impairments. At inspection, 32 people were using the service.

Residents felt safe and happy at the home. Staff numbers were adequate and suitably skilled to manage people's risks effectively and meet their needs well. Care records were person-centred, and staff received training to support people in the most effective way. The home met people's dietary requirements and ensured access to healthcare as needed. Residents were supported to have maximum choice and control over their lives.
