This residential care home supports three people with learning disabilities, two of whom also receive mental health support. Two residents receive help with personal care including hygiene and eating assistance. Residents reported feeling safe and happy at the service, with positive feedback about the staff. The premises were clean and well-maintained with COVID-19 safety measures in place. Care was personalised to individual needs and adapted to suit each person's communication preferences. Risk assessments had been completed for residents, though some required additional information gathering, particularly for those at risk of epileptic episodes. During the inspection, inspectors identified that the provider was sharing staff between two locations under the same registered manager, which contradicted current guidance and was addressed with the provider.
