York House

York House provides residential and community-based personal care for up to 16 people. The home accommodates up to 10 residents and also supports five people in their own homes. It serves older people, including those living with dementia, as well as people with physical disabilities or sensory impairment.

At the time of inspection, the service was operating at near capacity with 10 residents living at the home. Staff provide personal care assistance with tasks including hygiene and eating, along with wider social support for both residential and community service users.
