Gracewell of Sutton Coldfield provides personal and nursing care to 65 people aged 65 and over, many of whom are living with dementia. The home accommodates 62 residents across three floors, each with dedicated communal areas. One floor specialises in memory care for people with dementia.

The service offers support and activities throughout the home, with additional activities provided for people who are self-isolating. Staff effectively minimise infection risks between the separate floors through appropriate infection control measures.
