Beech Hill Grange

Beech Hill Grange provides nursing and personal care for up to 74 people, including older adults, people living with dementia and those receiving end of life support, across single and shared rooms on three floors. The CQC rated the home Requires Improvement overall, following up on breaches found at the last inspection which had still not been resolved.

Inspectors found care plans and risk assessments were inconsistent, safeguarding and incident reporting were not always handled correctly, and staff training and medicines management needed improvement. Quality checks existed but were not effective enough to fix known problems. Despite this, people and families described staff as kind, felt safe, and were happy with cleanliness, food and communication.
