Greenacres - Care Home with Nursing Physical Disabilities

Greenacres provides residential care with nursing to up to 33 people of all ages with physical disabilities. The service supports residents with personal care and medical needs through qualified nursing staff.

Inspectors found areas requiring development in governance systems. Some risk assessments lacked timely updates and certain incidents had not been properly documented as safeguarding concerns. However, quality and safety monitoring systems were otherwise effective across the service. Staff have scope to better explore choice and control with residents in their daily care. The registered manager demonstrates commitment to continuous improvement and is implementing new approaches to enhance care quality and resident experiences.
