Bidna House provides residential care and accommodation for up to 12 people with a learning disability or autistic spectrum disorder. At the time of inspection, 11 people were living at the service. The home had implemented good infection control practices, with facilities available for hand washing and hand sanitiser on entering and leaving.

Visitors were required to wear face coverings, wash their hands before and after visits, and were screened for COVID-19 symptoms before entry. Clear signage and instructions were prominently displayed throughout the home to support safety measures, with information made easily accessible to all.
