Herons Lea Residential Home Limited

Herons Lea provides care for up to 20 older people, some living with dementia, and was operating at full capacity during the inspection. Staff demonstrated strong infection control practices, with ongoing training in proper use of personal protective equipment. The home maintained an accessible file containing current policies and guidance on COVID-19 testing, visiting, and isolation procedures. Clear cleaning guidelines and checklists were in place to maintain high standards of hygiene, with particular attention to high-touch surfaces throughout the facility.
