A communications lead ensures people receive appropriate support during times when staff wear face masks, with individual needs carefully assessed to facilitate effective communication.

The home maintains a seven-day housekeeping team that conducts a minimum of two deep cleans weekly, with full records kept of all daily cleaning regimes. The registered manager has also appointed mental health ambassadors to support staff experiencing anxiety or concerns in their roles.
