Linden Cottage

Linden Cottage provides accommodation and personal care for up to six people with learning and physical disabilities. At inspection, five people were living there across ground and first floor accommodation. Staff supported people to maintain contact with family and friends through various methods, including in-person visits in the garden, trips into town with relatives, and video calls for those living at a distance. When relatives lacked video calling facilities, staff kept them updated by telephone or email. People were supported to go out safely and encouraged to follow hygiene practices when returning home. The home also supported people to continue their normal routines, with one person attending a local day centre twice weekly.
