Futures consists of three bungalows located on the Chailey Heritage Foundation site and provides care for up to 21 young adults aged 16 to 25 with complex physical and learning disabilities and health needs. The service is transitional, supporting young people in developing life skills to prepare them for adulthood. At the time of inspection, 19 young people were living at the home, with some accessing planned respite care rather than permanent residence.

The home is run by Chailey Heritage Foundation, a registered charity, and has a registered manager who oversees the service. The care provided includes accommodation alongside nursing or personal care tailored to each young person's needs.
