Bethune Court

Bethune Court is a purpose-built residential care home across four floors, providing personal care to up to 45 older people, including those with dementia. The environment features wide corridors with hand-rails and two lifts to ensure accessibility throughout. At inspection, 40 people were receiving care at the home.

Staff demonstrated strong knowledge of the people they support and understood their individual needs well. Risks were appropriately identified and managed, with staff showing clear understanding of their safeguarding responsibilities. One resident praised the service, saying "The place is very well run. The staff are marvellous. They are all professional people, they know what they are doing."
