About Healey House
Healey House provides accommodation and personal care to older people and those with sensory impairments. At the time of inspection, 14 people were using the service, with capacity for up to 25.
The registered manager has begun improving care plans and quality assurance systems. Audits effectively identify areas for improvement, though further work was needed to ensure changes applied consistently across all care plans. Staff were described as kind and caring, creating a calm and relaxed atmosphere for the people they support.
