Blair House

Blair House provides residential care for up to 29 people, with 21 residents at the time of inspection. The home supports people with dementia and mental health needs. Staff were aware of safeguarding procedures and knew how to recognise and report abuse concerns, ensuring residents' protection. All staff had been safely recruited and completed necessary training, with new team members receiving induction and mentoring from experienced colleagues. Residents were supported to maintain choice and control over their lives, with staff adopting least restrictive practices aligned with their best interests and the home's supporting policies.
