Beechwood Care Home

Beechwood Care Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 60 older people, including those living with dementia. At inspection, 24 people were using the service across two floors: the ground floor for residential care and the first floor for nursing care. Staff managed risks to people's health, safety and wellbeing effectively, with relevant skills and knowledge to meet individual needs. Accidents and incidents were appropriately responded to and monitored, with lessons learned to prevent recurrence. The service had made significant improvements, reflected in positive feedback from people and their relatives.
