Staff demonstrated good understanding of residents' individual risks and understood how to identify potential signs of abuse, with people effectively protected from abuse.

The provider identified some gaps in certain care plans regarding risk management and discovered some environmental concerns, but took immediate action to address the issues raised during the inspection.
