The CQC found the service performing well, with a rating of good overall. Inspectors found person-centred risk assessments, safe medicines management, and enough staff to meet people's needs. Relatives described staff as kind, attentive, and responsive, saying their loved ones were safe, supported to be independent, and encouraged to take part in community life.

Leadership was visible and effective, promoting a positive, person-centred culture throughout the home.
