Inspectors found the service is now rated Good overall, having previously been in special measures with breaches relating to safe care, staffing, nutrition, consent and governance. These issues have since been resolved.

The CQC found a clean, personalised and well-maintained environment, with staff who knew people well and delivered kind, dignified support. Families praised the welcoming atmosphere and varied activities on offer. Leadership was described as open, proactive and effective, with good systems to monitor quality and plan for future admissions.
