The Flowers Care Home Limited

The Flowers Care Home Limited provides personal care to older people and those living with dementia, accommodating up to 23 people in one adapted building. At inspection, 14 people were using the service.

The home demonstrated inconsistent approaches to safety and well-being that sometimes put residents at risk. Risk management was not always effective, and medicines were not consistently managed safely. While staffing levels were generally adequate, staff were occasionally stretched in their capacity.

The service completed robust recruitment checks before staff began work and had systems in place to safeguard people from abuse.
