Springfield

Springfield provides personal care for up to 99 residents, some living with dementia, across three floors with communal areas and an enclosed garden. At the time of inspection, 59 people were living at the home.

The service maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene with regular cleaning schedules for high-touch areas and good ventilation throughout. Staff wear PPE appropriately and have completed infection prevention and control training. The home tested residents and staff regularly for COVID-19 and offered vaccinations to those eligible.
