The service maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene with regular cleaning schedules for high-touch areas and good ventilation throughout. Staff wear PPE appropriately and have completed infection prevention and control training. The home tested residents and staff regularly for COVID-19 and offered vaccinations to those eligible.
