Beacon House is a residential care home supporting up to 16 people with learning disabilities and complex needs. The CQC rated the service Good overall, finding it met best practice guidance around respect, choice, independence and community access for people with a learning disability and autistic people.

Inspectors found staff knew people well and had built trusting, compassionate relationships, with relatives praising the kindness shown to both residents and families. Previous concerns about nutritional support had been resolved, with robust monitoring of food and fluids now in place. People were safeguarded from abuse and supported to take part in meaningful activities.
