Beauchamp House Nursing Home

Beauchamp House is a residential nursing home providing personal and nursing care to up to 54 people, though 39 were living there at inspection time. The large detached Georgian manor house with modern extensions is set in its own grounds near Taunton. People at the home appeared happy with the care they received, with one resident saying, "I am happy they are looking after me and come in to check on me often." However, inspectors found the home did not always provide a safe environment for people due to ongoing renovation work.
