Calway House

Calway House provides personal and nursing care to up to 92 older adults, including those living with dementia, across five specialist suites. At inspection, 50 people were living at the home. The facility has made improvements to personalise care and support, with particular enhancements to mealtimes where staff provide appropriate support for eating and drinking. The home maintains good safety standards through up-to-date infection prevention and control practices, adequate staffing levels, and well-trained teams. Staff feel supported in their roles, creating a positive atmosphere for residents. Management actively monitors standards and addresses any shortfalls identified.
