Lavender Court

Lavender Court accommodates up to 85 people and specializes in caring for older people, including those living with dementia. The home is organized into four distinct areas: Orchid provides personal care, Poppies cares for people with nursing needs, Sunflower supports people living with dementia, and Rose offers NHS-partnered rehabilitation for people leaving hospital. At the time of inspection, 78 people were using the service.

People were generally happy with the care and support they received. However, some residents raised concerns about high numbers of agency staff at the home, saying they did not always recognize staff members, which affected continuity of care. This staffing approach impacted people's experience of consistent and familiar support.
