Mountbatten Nursing Home

Mountbatten Nursing Home provides personal and nursing care for up to 30 people with general nursing needs. At the time of inspection, 28 people were living at the home. People felt safe and well cared for, with staff responding promptly to requests for assistance. The home maintained adequate numbers of experienced and well-trained staff to meet residents' needs.

Medicines were managed safely by trained nurses and senior staff who had received specific training. People confirmed they received the right medicines at the right times, demonstrating effective pharmacy management and oversight throughout the home.
