Willow House provides personal and nursing care to seven people with learning disabilities and complex needs. People feel safe and are supported by staff who know them well and understand how to keep them safe from harm. Staff are aware of the risks to people and remain fully informed of any changes in their care needs, ensuring medicines are administered as prescribed.

The home responds appropriately to accidents and incidents, with this information regularly reviewed to identify trends and lessons to be learnt. Staff follow current infection control guidance and have access to personal protective equipment supplies.
